That mission goes beyond goals. I’m here to provide you with a results driven science-backed approach that not only supports your health and fitness journey but also empowers you through education on how to stay strong at 40 and beyond.

When I reached that magical age (40+) I realized that I had to start changing my beliefs around exercise and health. I realized that I did not want to be a slave to big Pharma and would do what I needed to do to stay off medications. Coming from a family with a history of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, I knew this was a must. I also realized that I could not work out and train like I was when I was 30, My body had changed, and I needed to change my approach to working out and my over all health and diet.

Strength and fitness training doesn’t have to be complicated, confusing or time-consuming to be affective. Training over 40 is as much about healing and reversing movement problems, as it is about workouts, strength and progress.

 I personally have decades of experience in the fitness industry, becoming a bodybuilder and a competitive cyclist and hold multiple certifications, including being a 

NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, weight loss specialist, TRX certified and Specialized Retul/Slowtwitch Bike fitter. 

I believe exercise, nutrition, and mental health all work together for the success of the individual, and all are needed to be considered for overall health improvement. One of the most important things as a trainer is helping everyone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate them into daily life. Making each routine enjoyable and customized for clients is key. It helps them look forward to including health & exercise into their daily routines and remain successful in the future, no matter what your goals are or where you are in life.
